Planning an event comes with many questions — and we’re here to make everything clear and simple. Here are some of the most common things guests ask us before booking a private event at Alta Mesa.

01. What types of private events can I host at Alta Mesa?

We welcome all kinds of private gatherings — from birthdays, anniversaries, and family reunions to business dinners, brand launches, and seasonal celebrations.

02. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 months in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons.

03. What’s included in the venue rental?

The rental includes exclusive use of the space for the day, access to indoor and outdoor areas, basic furniture and lighting setup, and on-site coordination during your event. Optional services can be added.

04. Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own vendors. However, we also offer a curated list of trusted partners for catering, photography, entertainment, and more to simplify the planning process.

05. Is catering provided?

Catering is not included in the base rental, but we offer optional catering packages through our preferred partners. You may also bring your own caterer if you prefer.

06. Is there a minimum or maximum guest capacity?

We can accommodate events from small, intimate gatherings of 10 guests up to larger events with around 100 guests, depending on the layout and type of event.
